For the past 17 years , Norbert has worked as a CFO in Germany for international network agencies. He is an expert in all financial, commercial and contractual issues related to the different communication disciplines of network agencies like communication above and below the line, online, media, PR, healthcare, sales promotion, event marketing as well as print and TV production.
He started in 1991 with D'arcy agencies in 1991 at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, went on to McCann Erickson in 1999 and joined DDB as CFO in 2003 before he launched FirmDecision ASJP Germany GmbH as Managing Director in 2010.
Prior to his career in advertising, Norbert was a consultant specialising in Controlling and Management Information Systems. He has worked for such international companies as Sony and American Express.
Norbert graduated with a master degree in business administration.
